Calcium Chloride
Calcium Chloride content ≥94%

Our 7 lbs calcium chloride C AS No. 10043-52-4, EINECS No. 233-140-8 utilize premium quality raw material: which absorbs moisture from the air rapidly and can be used as a multi-purpose desiccant in the industrial field, such as for drying nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide and other similar compounds.

It can be used as a dehydrating agent in the production of alcohols, esters, ethers and acrylic resins. Calcium chloride aqueous solution is also an important refrigerant for refrigerators and ice making. It can accelerate the hardening of concrete and increase the cold resistance of building mortar. It is an excellent building antifreeze. Furthermore, it can be used as an anti-fogging agent and pavement dust collector and fabric fireproofing agent for ports. It even works as a protective agent and refining agent for aluminum-magnesium metallurgy. It is also a precipitant for the production of lake pigments and used for wastepaper processing and deinking.

How to Use:
The Calcium chloride will turn into a liquid after moisture absorption. Therefore, when used as a desiccant, calcium chloride should be placed in a watertight container. Place the container in a space that needs to be dried and replace it as needed. Note that the volume of calcium chloride in the container must not be too full. Replace calcium chloride regularly.
